Sincere Healthcare Group is a specialist healthcare group providing care across Singapore and Malaysia, with services spanning women's health, pregnancy care, fertility and reproductive medicine, men's reproductive health, sexual wellness, surgical care and other growing specialist services.
Patients come to us with very different questions and needs. Our goal is to use AI responsibly to help them find relevant information, understand available services and navigate their next steps more easily
Sincere Healthcare Group is working with a technology vendor that already has an established AI agent platform. This internship is not about building a chatbot or AI agent from scratch.
You will help make the AI agent accurate, useful and ready for real patient interactions by building and enhancing its knowledge base, improving responses, testing patient scenarios, refining prompts and rules, and working with the vendor to translate business requirements into reliable AI behaviour.
By the end of the internship, you will contribute towards improving the operational readiness of the AI agent platform, including:
This internship is suited to Applied AI, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, IT or related students who want hands‑on experience implementing AI in a real business environment.
Useful but not essential: exposure to Python, APIs/JSON, RAG, LLM APIs, workflow automation tools, CRM systems or appointment platforms.
If you have built a chatbot, AI agent, automation or Generative AI project for school, a hackathon or your own curiosity, we would be glad to see it.
You will leave with practical Applied AI implementation experience and a strong real‑world project to discuss for future AI, product, technology or healthcare innovation roles.
This role will suit you if you enjoy improving how AI performs in the real world, not just studying AI theory. You may already be experimenting with LLMs, automations or chatbots, or simply be the kind of person who asks why an AI response was wrong and how to make it better.
You do not need to know everything on Day 1. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, test carefully, communicate clearly and take ownership of improving the AI agent's performance.
Help make AI accurate, useful and responsible in real patient conversations.
