Silkscreen Printing Operator

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Silkscreen Printing Operator to join our skincare manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating silkscreen printing machines to apply high-quality and precise prints on packaging materials such as bottles, jars, and tubes used for skincare products. You will ensure consistency, color accuracy, and alignment with design specifications while complying with production schedules and GMP standards.

• Set up, operate, and maintain silkscreen printing machines for jars, bottles, and tubes.
• Prepare screens, inks, and printing materials according to job orders.
• Perform quality checks to ensure print clarity, color accuracy, and proper alignment.
• Mix inks and match Pantone colors as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of printing equipment.
• Record production data and report output or issues.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

• Prior experience in silkscreen printing, preferably in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or skincare packaging.
• Familiarity with silkscreen printing machines (manual, semi-automatic, or automatic systems).
• Eye for detail and strong sense of color and alignment.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom or GMP-compliant manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift packaging components as needed.

• NITEC or relevant technical certification in printing or manufacturing.
• Experience with ink mixing and color matching.
• Basic understanding of ISO standards and HACCP/GMP guidelines in skincare or cosmetic production.
