Job summary

A leading creative firm in Singapore is seeking a Graphic Designer with expertise in signage systems. The ideal candidate will design and manage branded visuals across various platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of signage regulations is essential, along with strong project management skills. Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This position targets Singaporean citizens or PR.

Job description

Location: Pioneer (west)

Working Days per Week: 5.5 Days

We’re seeking a creative professional with expertise in both graphic design and signage systems to design, manage, and execute visual communications across print, digital, and physical environments. This hybrid role blends branding, wayfinding, and environmental design with production and installation oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design branded graphics for print, digital, and environmental use such as signage, poster, banner, event showroom and backdrop display
• Create and manage signage systems (wayfinding, retail, safety, etc.)
• Oversee signage production, in-house and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with local signage regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in graphic/product/environmental design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in CAD/SketchUp is a plus
• Experience with signage materials, layouts, and fabrication
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Knowledge in sign display, regulatory, and standards for signage
• Proficiency in both oral and written Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders
