Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by effectively applying company policies and sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting, sorting, and replenishing showroom stock.
• Report stock discrepancies or damages promptly to supervisors or managers.
• Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth processes.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues to enhance teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate clear knowledge of product usage, pricing, and design to assist customers effectively.
• Respond to telephone inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Enhance customer confidence by creating a reassuring sales floor experience.
