Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Sales Executive (Retail Sales) to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in driving walk-in sales, guiding customers through our showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations to walk-in clients.

• Provide product recommendations and close sales confidently.

• Follow a structured sales SOP and maintain timely updates in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the operations and installation team for seamless handover.

Requirements

• Experience in zip blinds, home improvement, or interior furnishings although not compulsory, but will be a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Working hours:

  • Weekend: 9 AM to 7 PM

  • Weekdays: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

• Working days: 5.5 day (Sat & Sun and 3.5 days for weekdays)

• Showroom: UB. One

• Well-groomed, and customer-focused

Base (up to $3K) + comm + team bonus. Candidate is expecting to earn $3-6K+.
