Job description

Location: Alexandra (nearest MRT: Queenstown)

Working Hours: 5 days/ week (Rotating shifts, including weekends and PH)

Salary: Gross up to $3.5k + VB

Key Duties:

- Greet, check in and serve refreshments to customers upon arrival, ensuring that guests feel welcome

- Manage the Sales Executive queue system efficiently

- Handle phone and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom and display vehicles

- Provide general administrative support to the sales team and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Min. GCE 'O' Levels

- Min. 1 year experience in front desk, customer service or relevant

- Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays as scheduled

- Neat in appearance with a strong customer service mindset
