Job summary

ASEANET MANPOWER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is assisting a client to grow their retail team focused on lighting and home fixtures. You will greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and provide quotations to propel sales.

Occupants will maintain showroom displays, coordinate with the team on stock and deliveries, and strive toward sales targets. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in lighting, bathroom fixtures, home improvement, or related products will be an advantage.
• Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom products.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Responsible, motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays, and retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable lighting, bathroom, and home fixture products.
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and deliveries.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Arrange and maintain stock and product displays.
• Support daily retail operations and sales activities.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
