Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to assist in our showroom and deliver excellent service to walk-in customers in Singapore.

You will promote and explain electrical appliances, prepare quotes and sales orders, handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and support stock management and administration. 5-day work week with showroom outlets at Woodland and Ubi.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Recommend and promote electrical appliances based on customers' needs.
• Explain product features, specifications, and promotions.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Process customer orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Perform cashiering duties and process payments when required.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are well displayed.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the operations team when necessary.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
