Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Greeting: Welcome customers and visitors to the showroom with a positive attitude and professional appearance. Provide information about available vehicles and promotions.
  • Phone and Email Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle online inquiries. Schedule test drives and service appointments.
  • Appointment Coordination: Manage the showroom’s appointment calendar, including test drives, service appointments, and sales consultations.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Prepare and distribute documents as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries or concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Assist with paperwork for vehicle purchases and service requests.
  • Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and ensure guests are directed to the appropriate staff members.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to sales staff by preparing customer information, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with showroom displays.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Report maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
  • Weekend only

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive terminology is an advantage.
