Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the mall's operations, handling customer interactions, and assisting with promotional activities. Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to commit to 6 days of rotating shifts.

• Managing the rostrum and handling customer feedback.
• Administering promotions and events in the mall.
• Maintaining common areas and managing lost and found.

Job description

JD:

• Managing of the rostrum

• Roving duties of the mall which includes common areas and retail spaces to ensure areas are well maintained

• Handling of customers’ feedback and complaints

• Receiving in-coming calls and making out-going calls

• Handling and administering of lost and found items

• Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events

• Upsell Loyalty program and Voucher

• Educate mall retailers on voucher acceptance

• Managing partners’ loyal programme redemptions

• Handling of administrative duties

• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Requirements:

• Min A level

• 2 years of exp in the same capacity

• Able to commit to 6 days rotating shifts

• Proficient in IT Systems
