About the job

You’ll have the opportunity to work within our Life Sciences team, supporting digital manufacturing systems and driving operational excellence in a regulated pharmaceutical production environment.

Your missions

• Support lifecycle management of shopfloor systems including MES, Historian, and integrated applications
• Enhance system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing applications
• Provide support for IT‑OT integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise and shopfloor systems
• Manage and support application governance processes, including incident, problem, and change management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) to resolve system issues
• Participate in system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production‑impacting incidents
• Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure all activities align with GxP compliance and validation requirements

Your profile

• Experience in project management, process improvement, and problem‑solving methodologies
• Experience with incident management and change management processes
• Expertise in shopfloor systems, including MES, ERP integration, Data Historian platforms, and IIoT/plant connectivity solutions
• Good understanding of system architecture and integration frameworks (IT‑OT)
• Experience working in GxP‑regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with validation and compliance standards in regulated industries
• English fluent
• You demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills
