Shopee Mall Programme & Initiatives

Team Description:

We are seeking a driven and strategic individual to join the Shopee Mall Business Development team. As a Programme & Initiatives Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth trajectory of Shopee Mall by driving end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of brand programmes and platform initiatives. This role blends programme management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate seller performance, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic programmes to support top platform priorities — from conceptualisation and business case development to execution and performance tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities for Shopee Mall brands and propose actionable, data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve performance metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance and sales trends, deriving key insights for future business planning and initiative design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, key account managers) to align on objectives, ensure seamless campaign delivery, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to enhance Shopee Mall’s positioning and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track progress against KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare regular business reviews and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Continuously improve internal processes and tools, driving efficiency and scalability in programme execution and performance analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working cross-functionally is a plus.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or programme management is a bonus.
