1. Daily Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bubble tea shop to ensure smooth functioning.
- Open and close the store according to SOP, including cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure consistent drink quality, taste, and presentation as per brand standards.
2. Staff Supervision & Scheduling
- Supervise baristas and service crew during shifts, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and continuous coaching for existing staff.
- Motivate team members and resolve staff conflicts or concerns when they arise.
3. Customer Service
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Step in to assist with order taking or drink preparation during peak hours.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, packaging, and cleaning supplies.
- Conduct stock-taking and place timely orders to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Ensure proper storage and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.
5. Sales & Reporting
- Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales trends and suggest promotional ideas to boost sales.
- Prepare shift reports, cash reconciliations, and daily operational checklists.
6. Compliance & SOP Enforcement
- Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines, licensing regulations, and internal SOPs.
