SHOP SALES MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set and achieve sales goals for the store and individual sales associates.
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team to consistently meet targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer conversion and average transaction value.
• Create and manage staff schedules to optimize store coverage.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper product displays.
• Oversee store operations including opening and closing procedures.
