Job Summary:

• We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shop. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the shop’s performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to meet sales and service targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering and control
• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation
• Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
• Work closely with management on marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements:
