Roles & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the shop’s daily operations and ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Maintain operational records, including product inventory and sales reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with retail staff to review outlet performance, covering sales, visual merchandising, staff issues, customer service, etc.
- Research and recommend marketing strategies to management to increase sales revenue.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ensure the shop’s cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained through regular checks.
- Maintain staff appearance and uniform standards.
- Evaluate staff performance and address minor grievances.
- Plan and schedule monthly manpower requirements, ensuring proper allocation of staff to manage shop operations.
- Manage order processing, fulfillment, and returns of customer orders.
