Job description

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for the shop’s daily operations and ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved.
  2. Maintain operational records, including product inventory and sales reports.
  3. Conduct regular meetings with retail staff to review outlet performance, covering sales, visual merchandising, staff issues, customer service, etc.
  4. Research and recommend marketing strategies to management to increase sales revenue.
  5. Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge and customer service skills.
  6. Ensure the shop’s cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained through regular checks.
  7. Maintain staff appearance and uniform standards.
  8. Evaluate staff performance and address minor grievances.
  9. Plan and schedule monthly manpower requirements, ensuring proper allocation of staff to manage shop operations.
  10. Manage order processing, fulfillment, and returns of customer orders.
  11. Oversee shop administration.
  12. Provide direction and guidance to team members.
