Job summary

Salary|薪资: SGD 2,800 – 3,200 + Performance Bonus
新币 2,800 – 3,200(另有业绩奖金)

Location|工作地点: 43 NEIL RD, Singapore 088825|新加坡

Working Schedule|工作时间: 6-day work week, off on Monday
六天工作制,每周一休息

Job Description|岗位职责:
  • Oversee daily operations of the dessert shop and achieve sales targets
    负责糖水店日常营运及销售目标达成

  • Manage store staff including scheduling, training, and performance management
    管理门店人员(排班、培训、绩效管理)

  • Plan and execute in-store promotions to drive revenue and customer retention
    执行门店促销活动,提升营业额与顾客复购率

  • Handle inventory and raw material management, controlling costs and wastage

Requirements|任职要求:
