Salary｜薪资： SGD 2,800 – 3,200 + Performance Bonus
新币 2,800 – 3,200（另有业绩奖金）

Location｜工作地点： 43 NEIL RD, Singapore 088825｜新加坡

Working Schedule｜工作时间： 6-day work week, off on Monday
六天工作制，每周一休息

Job Description｜岗位职责：

• Oversee daily operations of the dessert shop and achieve sales targets
  负责糖水店日常营运及销售目标达成

• Manage store staff including scheduling, training, and performance management
  管理门店人员（排班、培训、绩效管理）

• Plan and execute in-store promotions to drive revenue and customer retention
  执行门店促销活动，提升营业额与顾客复购率

• Handle inventory and raw material management, controlling costs and wastage
  原材料与库存管理，控制成本与损耗

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and service quality
  确保食品安全、卫生标准及整体服务品质

Requirements｜任职要求：

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in F&B / dessert / beverage outlets
  至少 2 年以上餐饮 / 甜品 / 饮品门店管理经验
