Key Responsibilities:
Drive and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Manage team schedules, attendance, and resolve staffing needs.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Retail/Shop Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail.
