Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze store performance to maximize sales and profits.
- Ensure that store standards are upheld in customer service, cleanliness, and product display.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Communicate and enforce store policies and procedures.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain security systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and retail software.
