Job description

• 我们寻找的有责任以及有在五金行业创业的员工，并且以培养店长的方式来合作。We are looking for responsible individuals who are interested in starting a career in the hardware industry, with the intention of training them to become store managers as part of our collaborative approach.

• 协助店长销售，并引导客户购买所需产品. Assist the store manager with sales and guide customers with their purchasing needs.

• 负责商品打包和订单处理. Package goods and fulfill orders as required.

• 负责货品补充及店内商品整理. Stock replenishment and organizing merchandise in the store.

• 若持有有效驾照，需兼任送货工作. If you hold a valid driving license, delivery of goods will also be part of the role.

• 其他恰当的任务职责. Other appropriate task responsibilities.

店长的责任以及分红Store Manager's Responsibilities and Profit Sharing:

• 负责店铺整体运营，并与店员协同工作。In charge of the store's entire operation, working alongside store assistants.
• 附加佣金- 按店铺销售额计算。Additional commission pay will be based on the sales of the shop on the month.
