Shipping Validation Engineer

As a Shipping Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the simulation of shipping conditions for our packaged products. You will coordinate with laboratories to conduct necessary physical tests, such as drop and vibration tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing packaged products for shipment to labs for environmental simulations and physical testing.
• Collaborating with laboratories to perform tests that meet established standards.
• Conducting in-house testing by placing products in the most challenging positions within packages to assess durability and performance after shipping.
• Analyzing test results and providing feedback for product improvement.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Experience with shipping validation and testing protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external laboratories.
• Understanding of industry standards for shipping validation and physical testing.
• Ability to evaluate product performance under various conditions.
• Experience in temperature mapping
• Familiarity with conducting risk assessments
