  • German MNC Freight forwarding company

  • Perm role with comprehensive benefits (AL,Bonuses -AWS and VB, medical benefits, company trip yearly)

  • Mon to Fri, Office hours

  • Walking distance from Jurong MRT

Job Responsibilities

  • Shipment coordination for specific key accounts

  • Check freight rates, transportation charges, manpower charges and all other charges in order to prepare the customer’s quotation request.

  • Prepare air freight, sea freight, and road transportation quotation.

  • Follow up shipment movement with overseas agents and update customers closely.

  • Maintain and update SOPs, contact matrix, and transport mapping

  • Work closely with the customers on common/recurrent service issues and provide improvements/ solutions

  • The flexibility of ideas to transfer risk management into alternative solutions to ensure any service disruption could be recovered smoothly

  • Support on quotations, tender management

  • Contact customers following sales call to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma holder, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry

  • Sales Oriented; Good team player with the ability to work independently

  • Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and powerpoint)
