Boeing Distribution is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Specialist based in Singapore to perform receiving, put-away and shipping as daily activities. Maintain incoming and outgoing documentation. Validates Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for incoming/outgoing chemical shipments.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Physical activities including: Put-away material to the storage area. Picking of material for order fulfillment. Packing of shipment for international customers.

  • Use of picking equipment, like stacker for chemical products.

  • Using utility cart for picking smaller size products

  • Process transaction of receiving, put-away and shipping via company system

  • Participate in continuous improvement activity

  • Perform other duties as needed.

  • Knowledge on dangerous good as added advantage.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completion of N or O Level education.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions within the warehouse.

  • Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics industries is preferred.

  • Ability to fluently, read, write and speak English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates with warehouse experience.

  • Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in international shipping and distribution.

This requisition is an international, locally hired person.

Benefits and pay are determined in line with Singapore labor market practices. This is not an expat assignment.
