Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring team members’ daily operational tasks to ensure work procedures are being conducted in compliance manner.
- Job file closing and monitoring.
- Providing support and guidance to the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team members’ performance and skills.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, carriers and other stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitoring and ensure complete set of documents are uploaded in ABS for file closure as well as billing accuracy.
- Checking and updating of customer’s weekly billing summary.
- Checking of daily portnet status for individual vessels.
- Support team members should there be any absence
- Resolving operational matters.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
