Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Operations Executive for a 5-day work week from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Salary ranges from S$2,700 to S$3,500 per month and the role is based at an address in Singapore with nearby MRT access.

Responsibilities include liaising with depots, tracking tank leasing statuses for billing, coordinating detention billing with agents, and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the department head. Training is provided for entry level candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies / Logistics in shipping discipline.
• Min. 1 year of experience in shipping industry (internship included).
• Entry level is welcome as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Depot for tank details, schedules, movements and updates.
• Keep track and raise summary of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) for billing purposes.
• Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by departmental head.
