Responsibilities:
  1. Provide efficient and timely responses to customer enquiries.
  2. Handle shipments smoothly and efficiently, including preparing and sending NOA, billing, inputting costs, tracking & trace events, updating customer KPIs, and inputting data into customer operating systems (if applicable), permit declaration, and pre-alerts to overseas stations.
  3. Ensure proper closing of jobs.
  4. Handle basic customer complaints.
  5. Attend customer meetings with sales or customer service teams, if required.
  6. Adhere to customers' SOP requirements.
  7. Ensure prompt and accurate declaration/information to carriers, co-loaders, or Singapore customs.
  8. Maintain proficiency in MS Office, especially basic Excel skills.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum GCE O’ Level qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Sea Freight Industry is preferred but not required.
  • Must have valid rights to work and live in Malaysia/Singapore.
