Overview

Shipping Officer/Executive (International FCL/Freight Operations) - Up To $4,000

Location: West – Penjuru Road (Buses Available: 78 / 79)

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $4,000 + Annual Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, shipments, and bookings.
• Coordinate shipping operations, schedules, and contracts.
• Sourcing for carriers and rates.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Analyze shipping protocols and expenses to suggest improvements.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Manage inventory, perform stock control, and maintain warehouse organization.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and assist with ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Freight forwarding / Shipping / Transportation industries.
