Job description

• To be responsible with day-to-day shipping, logistics and documentation.
• Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation
• Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
• Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules
• Data entry, filing & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, invoices etc.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant field.
• Min 2-3 years of shipping and logistics experience.
• Experienced in processing import shipments and documentation for F&B products
• Familiar with direct / import shipments, incoterms and documentation coordination preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft NAV software strongly preferred
• Prior customer service/sales experience preferred
• Good command of English
• Must be motivated, Meticulous, self starter and able to multi-task
• Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in MS Office
