About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and provide administrative support within the shipping and logistics department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics administration, an understanding of shipping processes, and the ability to handle documentation, inventory, and shipping coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Sea Export & Import shipping matters according to client’s requirement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with our logistics partners & agents for international shipment schedules & arrangement of local transportation.
  • Collaborate with our Sales team in freight inquiries and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Handle all export & import documentation & perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O level / Diploma Holder.
  • 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management
  • Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin, both written and verbal (as candidate will need to liaise with both English and mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and import duties taxation processes is a plus.
