Overview

Freight Forwarding MNC – Location: West. Permanent role with comprehensive benefits – AWS, Variable Bonus, 14 Days AL (starting), Medical Benefits. Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours. Department: Sea freight export with minimal ISO tank knowledge; basic experience in carrying out maintenance and repair at the depot, updating reports in the system, and assigning tanks.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers’ order management teams on all order fulfillment and related issues

• Manage end-to-end process for DG and ISO tank shipments

• Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing shipments not limited to DG declaration, BL, COO etc

• Handle system transactions in freight systems

• Liaise with customers and/or airlines, transporters, and overseas offices

• Generate invoices and ensure proper file closure

• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complies with the company’s policies

Job Requirements

• Minimum “O” Level / Diploma holder with 2–3 years of relevant experience

• Experience in handling Sea freight export with minimal ISO tank knowledge; basic experience in carrying out maintenance and repair at the depot, updating reports in the system, and assigning tanks.

• Prior experience in freight forwarding and Ocean freight is an advantage

• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage but not required

• Good team player with the ability to work independently
