Job description

• Perform daily operations including import, export and transhipments, for both sea freight and airfreight.
• Communicate with vendors, shipping lines, customers and overseas agents through emails and phone calls.
• Handle enquiries and provide quotation to customers and overseas agents.
• Prepare and process all shipping documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery and collection of goods.
• Prepare and ensure accurate invoices within a given time frame.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• 2 year of relevant experience in NVOCC, LCL or Groupage.
• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/ Shipping with NO Experience is welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• 5 day work week.
