Job summary

A leading chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment coordination and liaise with customers. The position offers competitive pay with training provided, inviting candidates with or without experience to apply. A Diploma or O-Level in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred, with the role based in Gul Circle.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
• Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) is an advantage.

Salary : $2600 - $3000+ AWS + VB

Working location: Gul Circle - Company transport from Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT stations

Working days - Mon – Fri (8.15AM - 5.30PM)

No experience are welcome , on job training provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Negotiate competitive freight rates and coordinate shipment arrangements

• Maintain and update shipping schedules in coordination with the supply chain team and freight forwarders

• Prepare and submit shipping documents in accordance with L/C (Letter of Credit) requirements

• Liaise with customers on shipment updates and resolve any shipment-related inquiries

• Review freight invoices for accuracy and manage timely payments

• Provide freight cost information to assist the sales department in pricing

• Maintain organized shipping records and correspondence

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics
