A marine engineering company in Singapore is seeking an individual for general office duties. Responsibilities include following up on orders, document filing for audits, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates should have experience in supply chain management and knowledge of GST specific to the marine industry. Good English communication skills are essential for this role.
General office duties as assigned by the Spare Parts Department manager which may include:
Follow up with our customers and their agents & freight forwarders on supplied orders to ensure correct and complete supporting documents are obtained for GST purpose.
Filing of documentations in accordance with requirements in an orderly fashion and retrieval of these documents for audit purpose.
General administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Experience in supply chain management.
Comprehensive knowledge in GST for marine industry and on export
Knowledge in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics will be used) is an advantage but not a requirement.
Good communication skills in English both verbally and written.
5 days work week
