Shipping Coordinator (Serangoon North/ Mon -Fri/ Fast Confirmation)

Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $2,800/month + Bonus + Attractive Benefits

Job Scope:

1. Prepare and file all shipping documents, including D/O, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Advance Shipping documents for different shipment types.
2. Coordinate with Customer Service, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, and Warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Maintain and update shipment data in Oracle System and customer portals.
4. Monitor daily shipping reports and take action to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Resolve shipment and order processing issues, provide necessary documentation, and escalate complex issues.
6. Investigate shipment errors and collaborate with the Supervisor for resolution of complex issues.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of relevant experience.
2. Experience/knowledge in using Oracle system will be added advantageous.
