Responsibilities:

• Handle and prepare shipping documents (e.g., delivery orders, bills of lading, arrival notices, tax invoices, etc.).
• Perform customs import permit declarations.
• Liaise and coordinate with overseas agents, customers, haulers, and warehouses to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
• Arrange import/export shipments for customers.
• Coordinate with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipments to various destinations.
• Manage other shipping documentation-related responsibilities.
• Ensure that work processes related to customer shipment handling are continuously administered and updated.
