Job title: Shipping Coordinator -CK

Location : Central

Job responsibilities:

1. Timely and accurate processing & coordination of shipments and its documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance for customers.
2. Strict adherence to all internal regulations to ensure all business is carried out in compliance and with integrity.
3. Timely issuance of sales/purchase contracts upon conclusion of business.
4. Timely generation of reports (monthly GP, outstanding contracts etc.) to track business progress.
5. Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the trading business, preferably in the Food industry.
2. Have a strong understanding of Incoterms 2020 regulations and their application in International shipping and trade agreements.
