A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a competent individual for export sales support. This role involves managing Purchase Orders, supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Ideal candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications and 2 years of experience in similar fields.
Job Responsibilities
Receive Export Sales Blanket Sales Orders in the ERP system and generate Purchase Orders (PO)
Send POs to suppliers with shipment details, requesting acknowledgment via email, Proforma Invoice, or signed PO.
Track PO arrivals, product quantities, and follow delivery schedules; update incoming shipments in the ERP system.
Email shipping documents to clearing agents and warehouses, handle customs clearance, and forward delivery and packing lists to Quality Control.
Validate third-party warehouse inbound entries of goods receipts in the ERP system.
Process supplier payment applications for advance TT/LC remittance, fax remittance slips, and update supplier payment status.
Update item master for new items and supplier info, monitor monthly supplier delivery performance, manage tax exemption Form D submissions and follow-ups.
Handle quality issue reports with suppliers for replacements, coordinate shipment schedules and Proforma Invoices, and prepare monthly insurance coverage for incoming shipments.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in related disciplines.
2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP or equivalent
