Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export documentations.
• Coordinate shipping activities with forwarders, customers, and banks.
• Collaborate with colleagues at regional offices to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Provide operational support to the reporting officer including managing schedules and assigned tasks.
• Undertake additional duties as required by the reporting officer.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping or logistics, with administrative experience being a plus.
• Knowledge of TradeNet and LC is an advantage.
