Responsibilities

• Arrange & prepare internal packing lists based on the schedule.
• Check shipment plans and liaise for on-time shipments.
• Prepare and handle all shipping documents.
• Arrange and book delivery for air and sea shipments.
• Liaise with warehouse and communicate with drivers for shipments.
• Ensure proper recording and filing of documents.
• Track shipment progress and follow up with permits.
• Liaise with customers on logistics inquiries.
• Assist operations with inbound and outbound tasks.
• Help planning department with administrative duties.

About the Company

Based in Singapore, C & W Electronics specialises in the design, manufacturing and integration of wiring harnesses, supporting consumer electronics, OA/FA equipment and scientific instruments with a component inventory of over 150,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange & prepare internal packing list based on committed schedule
• Check shipment plan and liaise with correspondence parties for on-time shipment release
• Preparing & handling all shipping documents – cartons label, invoice & DO, packing list, COC, Outgoing Report & Airway bill etc.
• Arrange & booking for delivery, air and sea shipment
• Liaise with packing team / warehouse & communicate with drivers / forwarders for shipment arrangements
• Ensure working documents are progressed and archived with proper recording / filling systems
• Track shipment progress to ensure timely deliveries and follow-up permit / returned documents
• Liaise with customers for any logistics related inquiries / issues
• Work closely with operations team in inbound, outbound and inventory related tasks
• Experience and well verse in airfreight / sea-freight knowledges
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Assist planning department on administrative duties
• To carry out any task as assigned by Manager / Executive
