A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a skilled logistics administrator to handle import/export documentation and coordinate shipments. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in logistics or business administration and 1–3 years of experience in logistics administration, preferably in construction. Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in import/export or logistics administration; construction industry experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, shipping terms, and trade documentation required.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international freight processes is essential.

- Prepare, verify, and manage all import/export documentation (e.g. invoice, packing list, etc.)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to arrange shipment and clearance
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery to warehouses or construction sites
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and warehouse teams for delivery scheduling and material readiness
- Ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies
- Assist in resolving delays, claims, or non-conformities related to shipping and delivery
- Support inventory tracking and logistics cost reporting
- Perform other administrative and logistics-related duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in import/export or logistics administration (construction industry experience is an advantage)
