Job description

Our client is a prominent semiconductor inspection solutions provider, catering to various industries including automotive, telecommunications, and consumer electronics worldwide.

• Coordinate daily shipments and liaise with Freight Forwarders for bookings, ensuring all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
• Manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and more, for internal and external customers.
• Oversee crating, forklift arrangements, and fumigation of crates as necessary for all machine models.
• Handle spare parts packaging and shipping as requested by the marketing department, and perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• GCE N Level and above
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in SYSPRO Business software.
