Job summary
A leading shipping company located in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to input data, handle shipping documents, and prepare financial records. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of GCE 'A' level, relevant experience in shipping documents, and good computer skills, especially in Outlook and Excel. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience handling Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices.
- Ability to file and scan documents efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for writing in English.
Responsibilities
- Input data through online system.
- Issue shipping certificates/documents.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Skills
Experience in shipping documents

Education
