A well-established marine company is seeking an administrative staff member to support operations in their Central - Chinatown location. This role includes managing communications, coordinating shipping logistics, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates with a diploma in Business Administration or related fields and up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Excellent welfare and on-job training are provided.

Job Scope
Respond to and manage incoming emails promptly.
Book CNC containers and coordinate with the relevant parties for the stuffing operation.
Follow up on the collection of containers.
Submit the Bill of Lading (BL) draft for review and approval.
Declare for the vessel arrival & departure, crews matter via Digital Port.
Book berth for the vessel via link provided.
Provide "OK to Board" for the crew to the relevant agency.
Apply for Seaman (SGAC) if necessary.
Arrangement of hotel, transportation, launch booking for the seamen as well as arrangement of ICA immigration clearance of the crews.
Regularly update the group chat with relevant information and progress updates.
File documents upon vessel departure, ensuring all records are maintained accurately and up to date.
Other administrative tasks as required by the team or management.
Requirement
NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
0 – 2 years of relevant work experience
