Job description

· Communicate on daily basis with customers, logistics team, forwarder and internal staff

· Liaise with freight forwarding company for import/export matters, including documents processing, shipment tracking, delivery arrangement, billing, etc

· Resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process

· Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding the status of shipments

· Filing and maintaining records of shipping documents
