Shipping and Logistics Officer - Manufacturing, Weekend shift

Handle processing of shipping documents and closely monitor shipment movement and Proof of Delivery (POD) status.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all inbound and outbound shipments.

Manage and coordinate damaged shipment claims.

Collaborate with Finance on supplier invoice matters.

Coordinate with Facility Manager and Warehouse on detrash and recycling activities.

Ensure smooth implementation of new processes or portals related to shipments.

Comply with cross-border shipping regulations, customs requirements, and international trade compliance standards.

Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Diploma and above
• With minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge in handling shipment, shipping documentations
• Knowledge in SAP system
• Immediate starter will be a plus point
