A leading logistics company is seeking a Shipping Administrator to manage shipping processes, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and GCE 'O' level education. Additional certifications in IATA or IMDG are a plus, making this a great opportunity to build a career in the logistics field.
Key Responsibility:
Review and process customer orders for shipment by coordinating with the production planner and warehouse team to execute the shipping schedule, ensuring timely packing, dispatch, and on-time in-full (IOTIF) delivery.
Track shipments and provide updates to management regarding shipping/delivery status
Prepare and maintain shipping documents accuracy, including bills of lading, airway bills, customs documentation, and shipping invoices verification.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Requirement:
Min GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
At least 2 year relevant experience in Shipping Admisntrative job
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus
IATA certification or IMDG certification is a plus.
