Manage daily customer service operations (shipments)
Handle import and export documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams, overseas agents, and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes
Respond to customer enquiries, provide updates, and resolve shipment issues
Maintain proper records and support compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
Familiarity with handling consolidation and import/export documents will be advantageous
