Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a Commercial Estimator (Ship Repair) to deliver financial analysis for ship conversion projects, validate claims, and prepare cost reports for management. Qualifications

• Proven expertise in ship repair and conversion projects.
• Experience validating project claims and variation orders.
• Skilled in cost reporting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial tasks and analysis for ship conversion/ profit centers.
• Issue customer invoices and interact with customers and vendors.
• Apply accounting principles to prepare and analyse financial information for assigned vessel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Review monthly Profit & Loss statements and account analyses.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements for assigned vessel conversion.
• Review monthly financial results with rig teams and provide variance memos.
• Participate in budgeting and forecast processes.
• Review vendor invoices for documentation and coding.
• Interact with Contracts, supply chain, HR, Technical and management.
• Maintain files thoroughly and accurately per policy.
• Determine priorities for multiple projects and assign tasks.
• Communicate with auditors, customers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper control and recording of all transactions.
