We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Ships Agency Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver excellence at every port call.

What You’ll Do:

  • Attend to vessel matters, ensuring operations meet company and customer standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee assigned port calls for seamless execution.
  • Provide strategic advice on selecting contractors and submitting competitive quotations.
  • Ensure compliance with Ships Agency processes and mandatory reporting tools (WASP).
  • Monitor vessel activities and promptly address follow-up inquiries.
  • Manage pre-funding processes and ensure deviations receive proper approvals.

Who You Are:

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills to build relationships and deliver results.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipates challenges and takes preventive action.
  • Possess a NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Maritime Studies or a similar discipline is a plus.
