What does the job consist of?

Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

• Coordinate shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
• Conduct shift handover meetings, providing clear communication of ongoing issues and targets to achieve.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve engineering-related issues during the shift.
• Prepare and present shift reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Safety / 5S:

• Site Incident Controller (SIC), leads the CERT to respond to emergency situations.
• Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times.

People Development:

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members to foster skill development and career growth.

Requirements & qualifications

Educational Qualifications :

Degree - Fresh graduates or equivalent experience

Diploma – Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

Technical / Job Knowledge :

Basic computer skills, preferably in MS Office. Basic knowledge of cleanroom procedures is advantageous. Knowledge of SQL will be a plus.

Personal Capabilities :

Good team player, with strong communication and leadership skills.
